Actor Archie Alemania broke his silence as he continued to deny the accusations thrown at him by Rita Daniela. In an interview with Ogie Diaz, he shared how he never touched the actress and would never do it to anyone without consent.
Rita previously filed a case against Archie and the latter was found guilty for the acts of lasciviousness and was sentenced to up to one year of jail time and fees of Php 20,000 in civil indemnity and Php 20,000 in moral damages.

She accused the actor of sexually violating her and making several inappropriate remarks during a ride home.
“Hindi ko kayang gawin yun. Sa tinagal tagal ko sa showbiz, sa dinami-dami ng naging chicks ko, sa dinami-daming babae ko, never ako nang manyak. Never ako nanghipo ng walang consent–– never ko gagawin yun,” he said.
Archie maintained that it’s not something that he would do as he claimed to be a gentleman–– allegedly something that his previous partners liked about him.
“Never ko ginawa kahit kanino yun. Kahit nung nambababae ako, never. Napakagentleman ko. Kaya nga ako nagugustuhan, never ako nangmamanyak. Lumubog man ako sa kinauupuan ko, mamatay man lahat ng anak ko, mamatay man nanay ko, Father God, ilubog mo na kami lahat kung hinawakan ko siya sa mga maseselang parte ng katawan niya,” he asserted.
“[I] swear to God, mamatay man buong pamilya ko at mga anak ko, sana kaya mo sabihin yan. Sabihin mo nga? Ako, I can say that. Hindi ko kaya manghipo. I can’t do that–– hindi ako ganun,” he maintained.

He then shared how he has many female friends and even some of them who are married, he had no problems with.
“Doon pa ako natutulog sa bahay nila, may asawa siya, yung asawa niya okay sa akin. Yet, ito yung dadagok sa akin,” he claimed.
Archie then recalled that he was never able to personally talk to Rita after as he claimed that she didn’t want to. Despite this, the actor maintained that he has forgiven her and won’t fight back but let his faith do the rest for him.
“Na forgive ko na siya. Sa tingin ko nakasakit siya sa akin eh. Pero it doesn’t mean na I want you in my circle, I want you around me. Pero, for my peace of mind hayaan na kita. Yung ganti, hindi na ako para gumanti, ang Diyos nalang bahala sayo,” he ended.
Rita has yet to make a statement as of writing.
