While helping Mameng (Ces Quesada) wash the dishes they used during dinner, Sam (Julia Montes)—who continues to play along with Gabo's (Coco Martin) narrative that she's his wife, as well as her own pretense that she has lost her memory—quizzes Mameng about how she and Gabo met.
Mameng reiterates to Sam the story that Gabo has told them: that they met, developed feelings for each other, exchanged letters, became a couple, and eventually got married while they were both still inside the correctional facility. Thus, Mameng admits that it actually makes her wonder why Gabo didn't tell them about her when he was released.
As Sam admits that it's difficult for her to trust the stories Gabo tells her, Mameng advises her to simply have faith in Gabo because he's a good person, as evidenced by how protective he is of her. Sam, however, still sees him differently in spite of all the positive things that she has heard about him, so she's determined to get to know who he really is.
Meanwhile, outside the house, Aling Diday (Diana Opilac) approaches Gabo while he's chatting with Rudy (Joey Marquez) and Dante (Julio Diaz). She tells him how lucky he is to have Gloria as his wife because, aside from being beautiful, she also gets along well with others.
Elton (Lito Camo) and a couple of their neighbors then suddenly arrive, informing them that Badong (Salvador Domasian) is already doing better at the hospital after accidentally falling off the roof of Magtibay residence while fixing it earlier that day. Elton also mentions that Gloria
teaching them proper first aid is one of the reasons they're able to save Badong from suffering more serious harm, making them even more impressed by Gloria.
