Based on her observation, she couldn’t see any discernible pattern that could help her win the ₱1 million jackpot this season.
Compared to the luck she had during her opening round, the seasoned actress had a relatively better second round, where she said goodbye to ₱5, ₱25, ₱1,000, and ₱250,000 from the money board. Doubling the offer she initially received, the Banker presented Maui with a ₱22,000 deal, which she didn’t hesitate to decline.
While talking to host Luis Manzano, the Banker didn’t pass up the opportunity to acknowledge Maui and former SexBomb member Jopay, thanking both of them for leaving a lasting impact on Philippine pop culture. Hoping to ease the celebrity player’s nerves, the Banker requested a dance showdown between Maui and Jopay, which was later fulfilled after the ₱50 amount was found inside briefcase number one.
The studio was filled with nostalgia as Maui showed a glimpse of her Hot Babes charm, dancing adorably to the music. Showing off her “swag” on the dance floor, Jopay didn’t back down as she delivered an explosive and energetic freestyle. Longtime fans of both girl groups were surely in for a treat as Maui and Jopay danced together to the beat of the song.
Maui continued the third round with more confidence, discovering ₱10 in Asia Yoona’s briefcase number 15 and ₱5,000 in Joyang’s briefcase number 18, resulting in a ₱55,500 offer from the Banker. Determined to grab the jackpot prize this time around, Maui didn’t waste any time turning down the Banker’s enticing deal.
