MANILA (UPDATED) — For the first time since 2023, a guest team has won the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Invitational.
This, as visiting Thai squad EST Cola dumped Nxled in the finale, 25-22, 25-21, 25-19, to rule the 2026 PVL Invitational Conference on Tuesday at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
This marked a foreign team winning the Invitational crown after Kurashiki Ablaze in 2023.

Papatchaya Phontham, who was eventually proclaimed Most Valuable Player, dropped a game-high 15 points, while Nannaphat Moonjakham delivered on both offense and defense, tallying 11 points and 12 digs, as Nattharika Wasan added nine points.
Meanwhile, this marked the Chameleons' first top three finish. Jonah Sabete-Escamillan, who was eventually named Best Outside Spiker in the awarding ceremony, had 11 points, while veteran Myla Pablo listed 10 markers.
