MANILA — Farm Fresh capped its campaign in the 2026 PVL Invitational Conference with a win, making quick work of Ho Chi Minh City, 25-10, 25-15, 25-15, on Tuesday at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
The victory gave the Foxies a fifth-place finish, just one spot ahead of the guest team in the six-team tournament.
The Foxies had only beaten one team this Invitational—just the Vietnamese squad—which prompts to squad to seek for a new style of volleyball, said coach Koji Tsuzurabara.

“Yes, I appreciate the Ho Chi Minh team. This tournament, my team saw no good result. First, I think, I think, [we need to] change the volleyball style,” said Tsuzurabara in the postgame press conference.
Four Farm Fresh players were in double-digit scoring against the Vietnamese, with Trisha Tubu and Ces Molina tallying 14 points each to top the squad.

Rookie Jonna Perdido had 13 markers, while Riri Meneses added 11, as setter Alohi Robins-Hardy enabled her spikers with 12 excellent sets.
On the other hand, Ho Chi Minh logged one win in the short tournament, beating defending champion PLDT on September 3.
Against Farm Fresh, no Ho Chi Minh player breahed double digits, as Thi Kim Thanh Dang and Thi Bich Diep Ho had eight markers each.
