Occasional heavy rains are likely this Monday in Zambales, Bataan, Batangas, and Occidental Mindoro.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, western Cordillera, and the rest of Central Luzon, Calabarzon, and Mimaropa, as well as Antique, will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains.
Although still affected by Habagat, the rest of Luzon and Visayas may only see rain showers or isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
However, in Mindanao, warm and humid conditions will persist, with possible afternoon showers or isolated thunderstorms.
For Tuesday and Wednesday, significant rainfall may be expected in the following areas:

The weather bureau warned the public against the risk of flooding and landslides in these areas.
The monsoon rains are stirred by Tropical Storm Krovanh, locally known as Pilandok, from afar.
At 3 a.m. Monday, Krovanh was located 1,155 kilometers east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon, outside the Philippine area of responsibility.
It has maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour with gustiness up to 80 kph and is moving eastward at 10 kph.
The storm has looped over the Ryukyu Islands after exiting the PAR on September 3. It is forecast to move towards mainland Japan.
Aside from Krovanh, PAGASA is not monitoring any weather disturbance inside and around the Philippine area of responsibility.
The Habagat season typically ends in early October.
