In its 4 a.m. bulletin, weather bureau PAGASA said the southwest monsoon continues to affect Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Visayas.
Pangasinan, La Union, Benguet, Zambales, and Bataan will experience occasional rains while Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Western Visayas, and Northern Samar will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
PAGASA has also issued an Orange Rainfall Warning, indicating 15 to 30 millimeters of rain in one hour, over Bataan(Morong, Hermosa, Dinalupihan, Samal, Orani, Bagac, Abucay) and Zambales(Castillejos, San Antonio, Subic, Olongapo) as of 5 a.m.
The following areas are also under Yellow Rainfall Warning as of 5 a.m.
