MANILA — A couple of local government units in Pampanga announced the suspension of classes in several public and private schools on Monday, September 9, due to flooding caused by the southwest monsoon or habagat.
In Sto. Tomas, classes in all levels, public and private, are suspended.
In San Simon, several schools will implement an alternative learning modality.

Meanwhile, there will be no classes in the whole of Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) from September 14 until September 15 to give way to the parliamentary elections.
