Not long after Abi (Maja Salvador) spoke personally to Billy (Kathryn Bernardo) regarding the opportunity to work at Love List, Billy finally contacted her for an interview.
Both Billy and Jordan (James Reid) conducted the interview during which they eventually learned about Abi graduating cum laude in 2014 and having her first internship and job at PhilComm Press, one of the three leading media companies in Asia.
Jordan then takes charge in assessing Abi’s aptitude for information technology. She then speaks about her father’s gadget repair shop providing an environment where she could learn, although she lacked formal training and was mostly self-taught. Right away, Jordan quizzes her about data privacy rules, and Abi answers skillfully, impressing him.
By the time Jordan presents a new question focused on Love List’s performance as an application, particularly when it lags during the peak hour internet traffic, it becomes apparent that Caloy (McCoy de Leon) was helping Abi respond to the questions remotely.
With Billy and Jordan looking pleased, they assure Abi that they will review her application. In return, Abi cheerfully leaves the room, hoping for good news to come.
