Jordan (James Reid) safely transports Billy (Kathryn Bernardo) and Oliver (Migz Casimiro) home, with Aunt Precious (Dimples Romana) waiting for them to arrive. Just before Billy gets inside, Jordan softly reminds her that she can speak to him anytime.
Finally settling down, the tearful Billy mentions that she will be the one to drive Oliver to school tomorrow, instead of the usual school service. Understanding Billy’s actions, Aunt Precious calmly follows Billy to her room, saying that Jordan already told her about what happened at the park.
As Billy carefully sits down while looking at their family photo, Aunt Precious holds her hand, recounting the time when she first saw the young Billy. At the time, she was so amazed by the fact that Billy loved Oliver so deeply that she became the only child who made Aunt Precious dream of becoming a mother. Knowing Billy’s independence, Aunt Precious pleads for Billy to allow her to act as a real mother for her this time.
The instant that Aunt Precious embraces Billy, they break down in tears, with Billy wondering why her father unexpectedly showed up when everything is already in place.
In the past, young Billy (Althea Ruedas) had to turn to begging in order to provide for baby Oliver. She would also run away from Aunt Precious, given that she and Oliver will likely be separated at the orphanage. However, even though it’s for their sake as orphaned children incapable of supporting each other yet, Billy still stood by her belief that family shouldn’t be left behind.
In spite of Aunt Precious’ reasoning, young Billy insisted that she was capable of caring for Oliver and that she would escape Oliver as long as she needed to.
When Aunt Precious reiterated that she truly understood Billy’s perspective, Billy finally allowed her to hold baby Oliver, and that was the first time that the three of them became a family.
