MANILA -- Former celebrity couple Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto expressed their excitement about their reunion film "Always Yours, Never Mine" under Star Cinema.
On Monday, the former sweethearts promoted their upcoming film during a guest appearance on ABS-CBN’s noontime program “It’s Showtime," where they also talked about the things they missed about each other.

"Ako personally na-miss ko lang talaga si Julia. Na-miss ko siyang katrabaho, na-miss ko 'yung presence niya. Na-miss ko 'yung mga joke niya," Garcia said.
"Marami kaming jokes sa set. Ako rin naman ang sarap katrabaho ni Joshua. So reuniting with him on the set is always something I look forward," Barretto added.
According to the two actors, "Always Yours, Never Mine," which is directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, will hit cinemas on September 30.
"And this September 2 mayroon po kaming sorpresa para sa inyo so stay tuned on Star Cinema's social media for more updates," Garcia said.
"Always Yours, Never Mine" follows the pair's 2024 film "Un/Happy for You."
In 2016, Garcia and Barretto's tandem dubbed JoshLia started with the movie "Vince and Kath and James."
The following year, the two also worked together in the films "Love You to the Stars and Back", "Unexpectedly Yours," " I Love You, Hater" and "Block Z."
