Kapuso actress Rita Daniela revealed that she made the first move on her now-boyfriend, Mclaude Guadaña. In an interview with King of Talk Boy Abunda earlier this week, she narrated how their relationship began and confirmed that they are now together.
Rita recalled how she first noticed the basketball player through a common friend, Saviour Ramos, who posted an Instagram Story with him.

“Nakita ko lang actually sa Instagram Story niya tapos sabi ko hala parang cute ‘to. As a fierce woman, bilang palaban naman talaga, finollow ko,” she recalled.
The Kapuso actress admitted that she thought Mclaude was a bit snobbish and was already dating someone else at the time so she didn’t expect much after following him first on Instagram.
“Pero sa totoo lang, nag lakas loob ako ifollow siya kasi mukha siya talagang suplado. Yung parang hindi naman ito nababakante for sure may girlfriend ‘to so okay lang,” she expressed.
“Eh finollow back ako. Siyempre, nung finollow back ako, gumalaw tayo agad. Ako yung unang nag message,” she added.
Rita then shared that she sent a bunch of emojis as her first message to the athlete rather than a simple worded message. She explained how she was careful not to cross any boundaries if he did have a girlfriend at the time.
Since then, the couple expressed how good and “effortless” their conversations have been which led them to where they are now.

“Sobrang ganda agad ng usap namin as in the moment na nag reply ako sa kanya ng hi Ms. Rita, parang nonstop na. Effortless eh–– lahat ng pinaguusapan namin parang straight to the point,” Mclaude admitted.
She then expressed how she wanted to be sure that Mclaude is serious about their relationship as well before she said yes to being his girlfriend.
“Pinaintindi ko lang sa kanya yung weight nung sagot ko kasi of course I know I will say yes. It’s just that sabi ko hindi deserve ni Uno (her son) na makita akong umiiyak dahil lang sa isang lalaki. So, ang dami kong tinanong sa kanya–– kung kaya ba niya talaga, is he really sure about me,” she said.
Describing her happiness, Rita maintained that she prayed for this to happen to her.
“Sobra. Ang tagal kong pinagdasal itong happiness na ito,” she ended.
