MANILA – Carlo "Kuku" Palad and his squad, Flipster Talon, is defying all expectations in the ongoing DreamLeague Season 26.
Talon continued its Cinderella run in the $1-million Dota tournament by ousting its previous tormentor Aurora Gaming, 2-0, in the lower bracket semifinal late Saturday evening (Manila time).

It was a sweet revenge for Kuku and Talon as it was also Aurora which dealt them a 2-1 beating in the Group Stage 2.
They fell to the lower bracket after losing against Russia's BetBoom Team in the tiebreakers.

With the win, the Southeast Asian squad has secured a Top 3 finish — the best result of any Dota crew from the region in a long while.
The Esports World Cup-bound squad has a real chance of reaching the final as they battle either Parivision or BetBoom Team in the lower bracket final, depending on the result of the upcoming series.
