After Ramen Ron and Grace Park, another restaurant under AF Hospitality has launched a limited-time collaboration.
A mano, currently ranked as the 9th best pizza spot in Asia-Pacific, has partnered with The Moment Group's Manam to serve a Filipino twist on its two menu items. Dubbed "Ciao, Paboritos!", the Filipino-Italian crossover will be available across all A mano branches until October 15.
Both Michelin-selected establishments, A mano and Manam have made their respective mark on the local dining scene. The team-up came naturally for the two brands, given the friendship shared by its founders.
During the media preview, AF Hospitality founder and CEO Amado Fores said he has always looked up to The Moment Group's Abba Napa, Eli Antonino, and Jon Syjuco, both personally and professionally.
"They've become more than friends to us over the years — they're family," said the son of the late award-winning chef Margarita Fores. "During one of our trips together last year, I had a bit of a eureka moment and felt it was the right time to ask Abba about a collaboration. I still can't believe it's actually coming to life."
Antonino, for her part, shared that this is Manam's first brand tie-up. "With A mano, the trust and connection were already there long before we ever talked about a menu. When you already share so many meals and memories together, bringing our food onto a shared table just felt like a natural extension of our friendship," she said.

The two dishes in the collab include the Crispy Sisig Pizza (P745) and Ube Sago Burrata Soft Serve (P315), highlighting signature dishes from both restaurants.
The former goes beyond putting Manam's House Crispy Sisig on A mano's crust — the pizza is layered with more flavor and texture with guanciale strips, Fior di Latte cheese, Pecorino Romano, pickled onions, green finger chili, and a sisig aglio sauce. It's served with chili oil and lemon zest, which help cut through the savory richness.
"While sisig pizza sounds simple on paper, getting the texture balance right required both of our teams collaborating closely together so it would genuinely honor both cuisines," said Napa. "We made sure the crunch of Manam's House Crispy Sisig truly respected A mano's crust."

It's served in a cup by default, but you can also enjoy it in a waffle bowl for an additional P50.
