Left alone in the dressing room, Kisses pretended to suffer a severe asthma attack, sending Maymay to a panic mode as she rushed to help her friend. But as Kisses pretended to pass out, a frantic Maymay called for help—only for Kisses to finally reveal that it was all just a prank!
Joshua Garcia turns his back at McCoy de Leon
What was supposed to be an ordinary Kapamilya Chat guesting for “The Good Son” turned chaotic when two fake police investigators implicated McCoy de Leon in a supposed crime after finding his lost driver’s license at the scene. When Joshua Garcia refused to go along with them, the situation escalated until the investigators finally revealed the truth through a fake warrant of arrest. They handed McCoy a fake arrest warrant from Vice Ganda, exposing the whole ordeal as a prank.
Ruffa Gutierrez ragebaits mom Annabelle Rama
After choosing to take on one of the challenges in the “Sagot or Lagot” segment, Ruffa Gutierrez was tasked to call her mom, Annabelle Rama, and tell her that she caught her boyfriend at the time cheating on her. The solid brotherhood of the “Soul Brothers” was put to the test during their 2017 guesting on “GGV” when Billy Crawford and Kris Lawrence teamed up to prank JayR. During the interview, the two pretended to suddenly get on each other’s nerves, which escalated into a heated exchange and an almost fistfight. Shocked and clueless, JayR tried to intervene and calm them down, until Billy and Kris dropped the act and revealed to him that he was just being pranked by them.
Piolo Pascual “drives” Vice Ganda crazy
While Vice is usually involved in pulling a prank on celebrities, there were also instances when it was her who was on the receiving end. Just like in this episode where Piolo Pascual collaborated with the “GGV” team to prank the Unkabogable Star by being her driver for almost an hour. Vice was completely surprised and kilig upon finding out that the one who was sitting on the driver’s seat was none other than the “Ultimate Heartthrob” himself.
Bea Alonzo and Charo Santos scare Vice Ganda
Vice once again saw herself on the receiving end of a frightening prank during the joint guesting of Charo Santos-Concio and Bea Alonzo in 2019 to promote their horror film “Eerie.” As she listened intently to the terrifying stories of Bea that actually happened on the set of their movie, Vice was totally shocked when two people dressed in scary nun costumes suddenly appeared behind her. The unexpected guests were later revealed to be Jackie Gonzaga and Ion Perez.

He may tend to always appear serious on-and-off-cam, but "Sigabo” lead star and director Coco Martin proved that he can also be fun and hilarious. In one of his “GGV” guestings, he and Vice—who happens to be his best friend in real life and his co-star in the 2016 flick “The Super Parental Guardians”—did bathroom pranks on three audience members of “It’s Showtime” who didn’t expect to see them in really awkward situations. The besties initially spoke with each of the victims, asking them to keep whatever they just witnessed a secret before revealing that it was all just a prank.
Julia Montes displays her “doble kara” before her fans
Amid the successful run of her hit afternoon soap opera “Doble Kara,” Julia Montes gave a couple of her fans a glimpse of her acting chops and her real-life Sara and Kara personas through a prank. Aside from switching between her twin roles throughout her interactions with her, she also pretended to have lost her phone while having the fans look after her bag as she went to the comfort room. Last, but definitely not least, was the hilarious street prank by Dimples Romana and Beauty Gonzalez, where they had to interact with anyone outside the ABS-CBN compound as their iconic “Kadenang Ginto” characters Daniela and Romina, respectively.
