Other than being beloved Kapamilya child stars who made their mark in teleseryes and movies, Alexa Ilacad and Xyriel Manabat also proved themselves to be relatable figures to viewers during their respective stays inside Bahay ni Kuya.
In the latest episode of “Hello Outside World,” hosts Bianca Gonzalez and Esnyr Ranollo sat down with former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemates Alexa Ilacad of “PBB Kumunity Season 10” and Xyriel Manabat of “PBB Celebrity Collab Edition” to talk about their experiences in the industry, their journeys as child stars, and how they have managed to remain relevant over the years.

The unfiltered conversation continued as Alexa and Xyriel took on the “Pasok o Pass” challenge, answering “Pasok” if they agreed with each situation and “Pass” if it was something they would rather avoid.
When asked about having a chubby suitor, both immediately said “Pasok,” finding the prompt adorable. But when the question shifted to partying until morning, the two took opposite sides. Alexa gave a cheerful “Pasok,” especially when she’s out partying with friends, while Xyriel raised the “Pass” placard, admitting that she doesn’t really enjoy late-night parties.
Money talk isn’t always easy, but things got real when the topic turned to lending money to people around them. Xyriel was quick to say “Pass.” “I have learned my lesson. Kasi dati, lagi ’yan… pinapaniwalaan ko po ngayon na hindi lahat ng emergency ay kargo ko,” she explained, saying that she now chooses to focus on her own priorities and her family.
Alexa, meanwhile, shared a similar stance, saying she only lends money to people she truly wants to help or those she treasures the most. “Kapag ako ‘yung magpapautang, nasa mindset ko na ‘hindi na siya [yung pera] mababalik,’” she admitted. Xyriel capped the exchange with a blunt reminder that chasing after someone over borrowed money is unhealthy, saying, “Hinding-hindi ako maghahabol.”
Without hesitation, the “Miss Behave” stars eagerly said “Pasok” when asked about riding a roller coaster. “Hindi ako sasakay ng motor, pero sasakay ako sa roller coaster,” Alexa joked.
Shifting to the quirky scenario of “babayaran ang parcel ng kapitbahay,” Xyriel found the idea silly. “Kasama mo ba ako nung inorder mo ’yan?” she playfully quipped before clarifying that if a neighbor asked her to cover the payment temporarily and promised to pay her back later, she would gladly do so.
Alexa said that if the item costs as little as P20, she’d be more than willing to pay for it—but if it’s something expensive, she’d pass. “Tsaka kung binayaran naman din ‘yung parcel ko nung wala ako sa bahay, ay sige naman, give and take,” Xyriel added.
As their final takeaway, Alexa and Xyriel emphasized that some things deserve careful consideration before saying “Pasok” or “Pass”—a principle that’s worth keeping in mind.
