The cause of death of her driver hasn’t been disclosed by Bea. In one of her posts, she showed the first time Kuya Alex met her daughter, Victoria Hope, who he was visibly delighted and excited to see.
She expressed her gratitude towards Kuya Alex, who was more than just a driver for her.
“You were more than just a driver to me. i found a best friend and a father in you. i love you, kuya alex. thanks for everything,” she wrote.
In a separate post, Bea shared that the family that her late driver left behind is in need of financial assistance and asked her followers to help out if they can.
“Kuya Alex’s family is currently in need of financial assistance. For anyone who is willing and able to help, any amount would mean so much to his family during this difficult time. Kuya alex was deeply loved by so many of us, and we would really appreciate any support we can extend to his family. Even if you’re unable to donate, sharing this post would already be a big help,” she expressed.
“Thank you so much for your kindness, prayers, and support for kuya alex and his family. every little bit helps,” she added.
Netizens sent their condolences to Bea and the surviving family of Kuya Alex in the comment section. Several netizens, however, questioned why Bea asked for financial assistance when she could’ve donated it herself.
“Kung personal driver ko yan at kumikita namn ako ng pera at sobra. Aba di na ako mang aabuloy sa social media tutulungan ko n yann kumbaga pasasalamat ko na sa naging serbisyo nia at pagiging mabait at may malaskit na personal Driver.. hindi ko sinabi na hindi ka nag bigay o tumulong ah.. opinion ko lang kikitain ko pa yan buwan buwan yang bibigay ko na tulong kung vlogger at content creator ako,” a netizen commented.
Bea was quick to respond and shut down the negative comment thrown against her–– claiming that she has already helped out the family.
“Common sense nalang, malamang nag bigay na ko. dami mo satsat,” she responded.
