The television host recently shared that she has enrolled in a Psychology course.

The Kapamilya personality shared that the course has been a far more personal experience than she initially expected.

"Persona, shadow, ego, personal unconscious, collective unconscious, anima and animus, archetypes, eros and logos... all these concepts opening my perspective in life altering ways," she said.
The host also relayed that she took the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality test for the first time. "It was my first time to take my MBTI and as a mega introvert who is in her head a lot, me being INTJ was no surprise."
