MANILA -- Nearly two decades after he first entered as a housemate, comedian Jayson Gainza returned to the Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) house, offering thanks and reflecting on the place that launched his career as it faces a new chapter.
Gainza shared a video of his visit to the PBB house through a social media post.
Like actor Sam Milby, Gainza was one of the original housemates of Big Brother or Kuya being part of PBB's first season.
After his PBB stint in 2005, Gainza joined entertainment industry and became a comedian, actor and host, appearing on various events and screen projects. He is also known for impersonating King of Talk Boy Abunda.
Last week it was officially announced that the Pinoy Big Brother house is closing its doors as the reality show moves to a new location.
According to ABS-CBN News by Laurenti Dyogi, head of TV Production and Star Magic, they will be building a new PBB house.
“For the coming season, it’s good to have a new feel naman for the new housemates. We’ve decided to move it and build a new PBB house, abangan nila kung saan 'yung new PBB house,” Dyogi said during a farewell get-together by the staff, some of the show’s hosts and ABS-CBN executives.
