MANILA, Philippines – Aurora Gaming bid farewell to its Dota 2 team on Wednesday.
The Southeast Asian (SEA) esports squad announced the development in a social media post as it said goodbye to the scene.
Aurora is the home of Dota 2 prodigy Abed "Abed" Yusop and carry player Jinn Marrey "Palos" Lamatao.

"It has been an incredibly long and exhausting story. We have experienced both jokes and frustrations, successes and disappointments. Now unfortunately, it is time to part our ways," the team said.

Aurora said Palos has become a free agent, and Abed is "open for transfer."
"We say goodbye to our Dota 2 roster — Oli, SunBhie and Palos become free agents and Abed, Q and Jabz are open for transfer. We are eternally grateful to every single player for all the emotions and memories that we will save in our hearts. Thank you!!! You are the real legends!" the statement went on.
For quite some time, Armel Paul "Armel" Tabios was also part of the organization as a position two player.
