MANILA, Philippines – After qualifying for PGL Wallachia Season 3, Talon Esports has earned another spot to a $1-million Dota 2 tournament.
This, as Carlo "Kuku" Palad, John "Natsumi" Vargas, and the rest of the team copped a slot in ESL One Raleigh 2025 by turning back fellow Pinoy squad Team Kukuys, 3-1, in the grand final of the tournament's Southeast Asia (SEA) closed qualifiers on Saturday.

The triumph marked the squad's third qualification to a major tournament this year.
The U.S.-based competition is set to take place this April, with the champions gaining the biggest share of the prize pool with $300,000.
