After a six-month casting process that spanned New York, Manila, Cebu, Bacolod and Davao, Theatre Group Asia (TGA) has announced the full cast of its upcoming production of "A Chorus Line." The production will be directed and choreographed by Emmy Award winner and Broadway choreographer Karla Puno Garcia.
They join previously announced cast members Tony nominee Conrad Ricamora, who will play Zach, and Fil-Am Broadway performer Lissa de Guzman, known for her run as Elphaba in the "Wicked" national tour, who will play Cassie.
In a nod to the musical’s story, the auditions reflected the show’s own premise — a high-stakes, emotionally charged fight for a spot on the line.
Here is the full cast list:
* Renee Albulario as Diana Morales. A Fil-Am New York–based artist with Broadway credits including “Just in Time” (assistant director), “Here Lies Love” (assistant choreographer), and “David Byrne’s American Utopia” (performer).
* Angelo Soriano as Mike Costa. A Manila-born performer who has worked with Lea Salonga, Vina Morales, Justin Bieber, Zendaya and Macy Gray. Broadway credits include “Aladdin” and “Here Lies Love.”
* Michaela Marfori as Bebe Benzenheimer. An Orlando native who has performed in the Broadway national tours of “West Side Story,” “MJ the Musical” and “Frozen.”
* Jordan Andrews as Al DeLuca. Known from “Pinoy Big Brother Season 10,” his local credits include “Joseph the Dreamer,” “Spelling Bee,” “Rent,” “Once on This Island,” “Tabing Ilog” and “Shrek.”
* Rapah Manalo as Richie Walters. Seen in ”Shrek,” “Ang Huling El Bimbo,” “Delia D.,” “Mula Sa Buwan,” and “Bar Boys: A New Musical.”
* Ken San Jose as Mark Anthony. A Fil-Am dancer, singer and choreographer who rose to prominence on “World of Dance Philippines.” He is a Supahdance member, and has performed in Mark Tuan’s tour in LA, Korea and China.
* Stephen Viñas as Bobby Mills. A Gawad Buhay Award winner with credits including “Shrek,” “Delia D.,” “Ang Huling El Bimbo,” “Mula Sa Buwan,” and “Newsies.”
* Mikaela Regis as Sheila Bryant. Her credits include “Shrek,” “Delia D.,” “Bar Boys: A New Musical,” “Mula Sa Buwan” and “Dekada ’70.” She is also a playwright and a Gawad Buhay nominee for Best Original Script.
* Iya Villanueva as Maggie Winslow. Trained in ballet and jazz from age 5 under Bacolod Dance Academy and Garcia-Sanchez School of Dance. Credits include “Ang Huling El Bimbo,” “Mula Sa Buwan,” “Liwanag Sa Dilim,” and “Si Faust.”
* Universe Ramos as Paul San Marco. A former dance captain of Glendale High’s award-winning team and EDGE Performing Arts Center scholar. Recently appeared as Oberon/Theseus in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”
* Richardson Yadao as Larry. A two-time Gawad Buhay awardee, dancer and choreographer. He has performed with Alice Reyes Dance Philippines, Ballet Philippines, Royal Caribbean Productions and other companies. Theater credits include “Rama Hari,” “Mabining Mandirigma,” and “The Bodyguard.”
* Julio Laforteza as Don Kerr. Trained from age 7 under Sofia Zobel Elizalde, James and Liesl Laforteza and PJ Rebullida. A NYU Tisch scholar, he is associate director of Galaw Co Dance Theater and faculty at Studio Dance by Lina.
* Brie Chappell as Val Clark. Trained at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts and The Urdang Academy. Credits include “Made in Dagenham,” “Jane Eyre” and “The Album: Skool Edition.”
* Sam Libao as Kristine Urich. Trained with Steps Dance Studio, La Salle Dance Company and G-Force. Theater credits include “Joseph the Dreamer” and “Once on This Island.”
* Alyanna Wijangco as Judy Turner. Appeared in “Shrek,” “Delia D.,” and “Jepoy and the Magic Circle.”
* Jessica Carmona as Connie Wong. A New York–based Fil-Am performer and NAAP member trained at Juilliard, Carnegie Mellon and the Point Park Conservatory.
* Luca Olbes as Gregory Gardner. A high school senior with credits in “Footloose,” “High School Musical” and Ballet Philippines’ “The Nutcracker.”
* Jim Ferrer as Butch Barton. UK credits include “Here Lies Love” and “Matilda.” Philippine credits include “Saturday Night Fever,” “Legally Blonde,” “Newsies,” and “Camp Rock.” A former dance captain for “Joseph the Dreamer.”
* Winchester Lopez as Tom Tucker. Part of the UK, Danish and Austrian productions of “Miss Saigon,” where he served as dance captain. Recently dance supervisor for “Miss Saigon” in Australia and Asia.
* Rofe Villarino as Victor Vickers. Trained in dance and voice at the Mandaue City School for the Arts. Credits include “Shrek,” “Delia D.,” ”Ang Huling El Bimbo,” “Mula Sa Buwan” and the international tour of “Siddhartha the Musical.”
* Lord Kristofer Logmao as Frank. A multidisciplinary performer and former UPeepz world champion with credits in “Shrek,” “Delia D.” and theme-park productions.
* Paulina Luzuriaga as Tricia. Trained at Steps Dance Studio and CityDance Conservatory in Washington, D.C. Credits include “Peter Pan” and “Buruguduystunstugudunstuy.”
* Anna del Prado as Lois Dillettente. Performed for five years at Hong Kong Disneyland’s “Mickey and the Wondrous Book.” Recently has performed with Gary Valenciano and SB19.
* Vince Denzel Sarra as Roy. Also known as Bomba Ding, he is a dancer and drag performer from the House of Ding. Credits include “Delia D.” and “Walang Aray.”
* Franco Ramos (swing). A DLS-CSB Technical Theater scholar with credits in “Shrek,” “Delia D.” and “Jepoy and the Magic Circle.”
* Anyah de Guzman (swing). A Fil-Am performer trained at Osceola County School for the Arts. Philippine credits include “Snow White and the Prince” and “Zsazsa Zaturnnah.”
"A Chorus Line," a landmark of American musical theater, marks its 50th anniversary this year. The musical follows 17 dancers auditioning for eight roles and remains a tribute to the ensemble — the unsung backbone of every show.
Tickets, priced from P900 to P5,500, are available via TicketWorld. The production runs March 12–29, 2026, with performances at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays and at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
