MANILA -- Concert King Martin Nievera will lead the artists featured at SM Development Corp.’s (SMDC) lifestyle and property showcase, the SMDC Good Life Expo 2025, set this weekend at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall.
The three-day event, running from November 21 to 23, brings together homebuyers, investors and lifestyle enthusiasts and will offer exclusive property deals, on-the-spot home-loan pre-qualification from BDO and Chinabank, and curated home-styling packages from SMDC’s furnishing partners.
Nievera is set to perform on Friday, Dilaw on Saturday, and Hale closing the celebration on Sunday. They will be joined by other guest performers and musical acts throughout the three-day event.
The expo will also showcase SMDC’s newest residential segments — SMDC Heights, SMDC Nature and SMDC Symphony Homes — presented through lifestyle zones that highlight the brand’s focus on accessible, sustainable and community-centered living.
Visitors can explore augmented reality setups that help visualize future homes, pose at glam bots and themed photo areas, and join games with chances to win limited-edition merchandise and SM gift certificates. The event will also offer an interactive music zone, an eco market and complimentary premium coffee, wellness juices and ice cream.
