Stirring up conflict in FranSeth’s romance, Zabel steps into the role of Cleo Parfan, a billionaire heiress who has long admired Landon (Seth Fedelin). Despite their families’ urging Landon to pursue Cleo, his heart remains with Mandy (Francine Diaz), a struggling bakery owner.
As Landon prepares to marry Mandy, Cleo seizes the opportunity to sabotage their romance, vowing to break them apart before the big ceremony. Fate seems to be on her side. On their wedding day, Landon abandons Mandy after a car accident leaves him with amnesia.
Two years later, Cleo is set to marry Landon, while Mandy takes on the bittersweet task of baking their wedding cake.
Zabel plays Cleo so convincingly that audiences can’t help but be annoyed by her character. But off-camera, she radiates a warm and lovely energy, sharing lighthearted moments with the stars of “A Cake to Remember.”
