Enrico (Rowell Santiago) quietly walks into Billy’s (Kathryn Bernardo) hospital room, also noticing Oliver (Migz Casimiro) sleeping on the couch. Just when Enrico was about to drop off his birthday letter for Billy, he heard Billy speaking in her dream, referring to him as her father.
In Enrico’s eyes, Billy appeared to be her younger self again, frequently asking if he was going to leave for work and insisting that she would wait for him to come home. He then gets emotional, eventually deciding to hold onto the letter.
Returning to his home, Enrico puts the letter inside a box together with the rest. After that, he takes his medication and checks his wallet, where he stares at his ID card with Billy as the only emergency contact he has.
