Cleverly dressed in a nurse uniform along with a face mask concealing her face, Bea (Maja Salvador) successfully navigates her way into the hospital, even carrying a syringe containing a strange substance. While the two police guards were busy conversing with a doctor, Bea takes the opportunity to enter Caloy’s (McCoy de Leon) private room.
Upon seeing Bea, Caloy beams with delight, but then Bea promptly hands him the syringe as well as his belongings before stating that she will be waiting for him outside.
A few moments later, once one of the police officers takes off Caloy’s handcuffs, his fake suffering disappears, and then he attacks them until they lose consciousness. After putting on his clothes, Caloy then exits the building with necessary caution.
Caloy eventually succeeds in meeting Bea outside and feels overjoyed that she came to rescue him. On the contrary, Bea simply informs him that they both have plenty of work to do when it comes to her vengeance against Billy (Kathryn Bernardo).
