Even with the recent challenges that just surfaced within the thrilling plot of “Someone, Someday,” LoveList still stands as an unshakeable company under the tenacious leadership of CEO Billy Cariño (Kathryn Bernardo). There is no doubt that a positive working environment, solidified by Billy’s trustworthy colleagues, Charm Torres (Mary Joy Apostol), Toni Prieto (Kat Galang), Marj Quinto (Gela Atayde), and Blaire Espiritu (Verna Joy Periwinkle), was instrumental in making LoveList very successful.
It’s even more admirable to see that beyond the screen, the LoveList family remains so close-knit, as seen in these joy-filled behind-the-scenes photos posted by the “Someone, Someday” cast members themselves.
The strong connection that exists between the LoveList family
During the first few episodes, LoveList was proudly introduced as a top-rated dating application, already operating for two impressive years. Instead of simply becoming a popular platform for matchmaking, LoveList actually strives to protect its users by constantly improving features, making it safer for women to search for their true love on the internet.
Alongside CEO Billy, the core creative minds and warm hearts behind LoveList are her besties-turned-workmates, Charm and Toni. Charm serves as the reliable head of design and marketing, while Toni acts as the CFO, always finding strategic ways to manage the company’s funds.
Billy’s best friend, Jordan Valentin (James Reid), oversees LoveList’s technical operations as the IT head and app developer. Meanwhile, Blaire works as Billy’s energetic assistant, never failing to lend a helping hand.
The company’s newest social media experts include Marj, the youngest of the group, who simultaneously works as an influencer and a social media manager. Marj often finds it difficult to interact with the more prominent Valerie Jones (Daniela Stranner). Valerie is Jordan’s ex-girlfriend who previously clashed with Billy, but she has now proven herself an ally as the team’s consultant and content creator.

Their team actually works wonderfully together, especially since their loyalty goes both ways. For instance, Billy never ceases to go above and beyond to defend her people, like taking action when Marj was getting hit on by a married man. Likewise, Billy’s crew holds the line for her, staying with her through her unfulfilled wedding, car vandalism, hacking incident, and so much more.
When it comes to their dynamics, everyone knows when to act professionally and when to speak as a friend. The next phase of LoveList after launching LoveSpeak and LoveLine, was LoveFeast, a meticulously designed project where each of them participated in brainstorming and searching for investors.
Unfortunately, some of their investment deals unexpectedly failed two times, first with the hacking incident that caused the withdrawal of AnCore Ventures from LoveLine, represented by Billy’s ex-fiancé Alvin (JC de Vera), and second with Abi (Maja Salvador) stealing LoveFeast and making it available to Pebblng.

Despite all these mishaps, the LoveList family always finds ways to come back stronger. Charm, Toni, and Marj keep looking after Billy whenever she becomes overly kind, particularly when they interrogated Valerie prior to becoming a reliable member and figured out Abi’s lies in her employment application.

Knowing that Billy is also dealing with the emotional toll triggered by her father’s return, her team makes every effort to track down the hacker Caloy (McCoy de Leon), confiscate Abi’s computers, and return Billy’s lost sandals.

The real lovers that came from LoveList
Toni and Charm were in fact the first users of the LoveList app, where they eventually found their life partners. Charm and her lover, Ralph Rosales (Miggy Jimenez), are often seen on-screen as an expressive couple, even being publicly affectionate during Marj’s vlog.
Ralph is usually regarded as a wealthy guy, often bringing Charm to luxurious locations like Boracay and Charcoal Haven. Moreover, his father, identified as a judge, permitted the release of Jordan from detainment after he fought with Caloy.
Contrary to the consistently sweet portrayal of Charm and Ralph, Toni’s chemistry with her significant other, Yani (Matt Evans), was often observed in the ways that they would quarrel. Ultimately, Yani is a total sweetheart, considering that despite his struggles as a painter, he planned to propose to Toni at the five-star Le Jardin Hotel.
Yani’s genuine love for Toni was witnessed further when he got excited for his art gallery, anticipating using the funds for their upcoming wedding.
