Vice Ganda has already given us countless iconic characters over the years, and now she's added another unforgettable name to the list thanks to the unexpected craze sparked by the Memerimar skit in the "Laro Laro Pick" segment of "It's Showtime."
She plays the title role in the parody of an iconic Mexican telenovela that's already six "episodes" strong. What makes this spin-off so addictively fun to watch is, of course, the unscripted comedy. Here are five hilarious Memerimar scenes, as compiled by Kapamilya Update.
Just on the its pilot show, viewers were already hooked on Vice's character, Memerimar, who introduced herself as, "Babaeng bumihag sa puso ng lahat mga lalaki. Binata man o may asawa, at kahit mga paslit, sa hampas ng aking balakang, sa akin ay magkakamuwang."
Of course, a 'teleserye' isn't complete without a stacked cast. Joining Vice is Vhong Navarro as the leading man Sergio, Jhong Hilario as the timeless kontrabida Senyora Angelica Santibanez, and MC as Memerimar's rival, Inocencia. Ogie Alcasid recently made his debut as Yaya Corazon. And if there's Memerimar, there's her loyal dog Fulgoso, played by Lassy.
The 'serye' reached its peak in that episode where Vhong spat a mouthful of milk onto Vice, whose genuinely shocked reaction made it obvious that this wasn't part of the script. Vice reacted, "Sergio, barubal ka?" and then jokingly added that she'd willingly let her co-hosts have fun at her expense if that would save them from getting suspended from airing.

There's another viral episode where Senyora Angelica and Inocencia ganged up on Memerimar. After Senyora whacked her with a leafy vegetable, Memerimar retaliated by throwing powder at her enemies until the chaos spiraled into a 'sabunutan' showdown where both Memerimar and Inocencia's wigs came off. Desperate for a quick fix, Vice grabbed whatever she could find to cover her head—even a random pair of underwear.

Following that episode, Senyora Angelica and Inocencia appeared ready to make peace with Memerimar. Impressed, Sergio praised the two for their humility, clueless that every time he turned his back, Senyora and Inocencia would secretly beat up our newest favorite heroine.
