Nadine Lustre has released the music video for her latest single, “Personal,” offering a visual take on the pressures that come with living in the public eye.
In the video, Nadine transforms public scrutiny and criticism into a literal fight, using the imagery to show her determination not to let outside opinions get the best of her.
The message is also reflected in the song’s lyrics:
"Keep, keep on gunnin' for me, won't take it personal
Go talk that talk about me acting like you're in control
Can't get under my skin, won't take it personal."
“Personal” was composed by Peter Wallevik, Daniel Davidsen, Nadine Lustre, Jason Dhakal, and Ivo Impreso. Nadine, Jason, and Ivo are also credited as lyricists of the track. Daniel and Peter served as the track’s studio producers.
The song was released under Cool Girl Records.
Fans online were quick to react to the video.

" One of a kind ka talaga President Nadine!" another fan wrote.
Back in December 2025, Nadine had already expressed her desire to return to making music.
"For sure. I work with a friend of mine who released an album pero featuring lang ako dun. But I still enjoy making music," she said in an interview with MJ Felipe on The B Side of Cinema One.

The actress-singer also shared that it is the creative process behind making music that continues to draw her back to the recording studio.
"I enjoy writing, I enjoy being in the studio and just vibing and kind of coming up with ideas or you know, just making something," she remarked.
Nadine last released a full-length album in 2020 with Wildest Dreams. Its release was accompanied by a 33-minute visual album featuring music videos for six of its tracks.
Among her earlier music releases are “Para-paraan” and “Paligoy-ligoy.”
