Singer Angeline Quinto is set to celebrate a major milestone in her career with “AQUINSE,” her 15th anniversary concert happening on August 22 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
The concert will serve as Quinto’s thanksgiving celebration for the fans who have supported her throughout her journey in the music industry. Joining her onstage are special guests, including fellow singer Erik Santos.
With only weeks left before the show, Quinto admitted she is both excited and emotional as she prepares for one of the biggest concerts of her career.
More than performing her biggest hits, the singer said she hopes to inspire audiences by sharing the stories behind the songs that have defined her 15-year journey.
“Naku, ilang araw na lang. Parang ganito pala talaga 'yung pakiramdam.
Quinto expressed deep gratitude to her loyal supporters, saying they have remained by her side through every triumph and challenge.
Reflecting on her career, Quinto shared that talent alone is not enough to achieve longevity in the entertainment industry.
And of course, 'yung pagiging mababang loob kahit saan ka makarating,” she said.
Aside from her powerhouse vocals, Quinto revealed that fans will get to see a different side of her during the concert.
The singer said she has returned to dance training and will finally showcase her dancing skills onstage, something many fans may not know was her first talent before singing.
“Before ako natutong kumanta, ang una kong naging talent talaga ay dancing. Kaya nagbalik talaga ako sa dance lesson. This time around, sasayaw ako talaga on stage. Gustong-gusto kong ipakita ’yan sa mga tao,” she shared.
Quinto also teased glamorous performances alongside the Divine Divas and said audiences will witness a more confident and empowered version of herself.
She admitted she never imagined embracing a sexier image after becoming a mother of two but felt now was the right time.
Gawin natin ngayon,” she said.
