Rock band Silent Sanctuary said Monday it would hold a major concert this October in celebration of its 24th anniversary.
The show titled "Gabi Ng Lambing" will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena on October 25, the band announced on its Facebook page.
The six-piece act will be joined by the Manila Symphony Orchestra and vocal ensemble Viva Voce.
Tickets, which will go on sale beginning June 25, are priced as follows:
• Sinta - P7,000
• Mahal - P5,500
• Irog - P4,500
• Sweetheart - P4,000
• Babycakes - P3,000
• Giliw - P1,000
The concert will be directed by Paolo Valenciano, with Ria Osorio serving as musical director.
Formed in 2002, Silent Sanctuary is an alternative pop-rock band known for blending traditional rock instrumentation with classical elements such as the cello and violin, a signature sound the group calls "rockestra."
