MANILA -- OPM veteran Ely Buendia is joining Cup of Joe's "Sandali" concert on May 23 at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bocaue, Bulacan.
In a social media post, Cup of Joe announced that Buendia, frontman of legendary OPM band Eraserheads, will be joining their concert as guest.
"We are speechless. We are honored. We are ready. The legendary @elybumbilya is joining us for #SandaliTheCOJFest! 🏟️🔥 Gusto mo bang sumama? This is your invitation to witness a historic collision of OPM eras," part of the post read.
With "Sandali," the group will be the first OPM act to stage a solo concert at the Bulacan venue. The concert will be directed by Paolo Valenciano.

The band released their debut studio album "Silakbo" in January 2025, featuring 10 tracks, including the mega-hit "Multo."
Cup of Joe was a big winner at the inaugural Filipino Music Awards, taking home Album of the Year and Song of the Year for "Silakbo" and "Multo."
