Christophe Bariou opened up about what he loves most about Nadine Lustre as a partner.
In an interview with Karen Davila, the entrepreneur shared that he and Nadine are aligned in their outlook on life.
"We are very similar in the way we think about what we want to change. I always say this thing like, I don't think that love is looking each other in the eyes. It's looking the same direction. We are looking in the same direction," Christophe relayed.
He added that their shared outlook makes their relationship feel natural. "We are aligned pretty much [in everything] and it just feels so good and natural to go through life."
Nadine agreed, saying, "Mahirap lumaban with a person who doesn't have the same vision as you."
However, the couple acknowledged that they currently have different views about having children.
"I would say that's something that we're not aligned with because siya kasi he wants kids. Ako right now, I don't know if I want kids. So we are very different in that," Nadine revealed.
Christophe, meanwhile, said he understands Nadine’s reservations.
"I know what she feels about it. She doesn't want all the changes and everything in her body," he said. "It is just something also I don't want right now, anyway."
He added that they remain open to discussing other possibilities in the future. "Maybe in a couple of years, like even if it has to be adoption... there's a lot of options later on," he said.

When asked to describe the kind of love they share, Nadine described it as selfless and giving.
"Selfless, mapagbigay. Kasi sa lahat ng ginagawa namin ni Chris, hindi lang kami dalawa 'yung involved eh so we include rin 'yung mga hayop din, 'yung kapaligiran, 'yung ibang tao," Nadine highlighted.
The actress added that after learning to love herself, she now wants to extend that love to others. "Kasi before I've already learned love for myself and I think the next step to that kasi is showing love sa ibang tao, to everyone else.
Christophe echoed her sentiments, describing their relationship as something that extends beyond the two of them.
"It's like us and the world, that kind of thing. We try to put intention in everything we do," he remarked.
