"Changes" was the lead single of his upcoming album Whatever's Clever, which is set to be released on March 27.
Charlie and Brooke tied the knot in September 2024, with the artist announcing their marriage on social media at the time.
"I love you Brooke... I always have, with you I am my very best," Charlie wrote on Instagram back in September 2024.

According to a past Vogue feature, the couple held their wedding at Charlie’s family home in Montecito, California.
"We chose the Puth family residence because we just knew Montecito would offer the perfect backdrop," Brooke told the magazine.
She added that she wanted the celebration to blend tradition with a modern, unconventional touch.
"I wanted our wedding to marry tradition with modern unconventionality. I wanted each detail to feel relaxed yet perfectly, thoughtfully curated. Serving mini hotdogs on silver platters, for example, was more than just a fun detail. It was a reflection of my love for styles that blend the refined with the playful."
Brooke also described their ceremony as “super simple but memorable.”
