Sean RavalPrior to leaving showbiz to concentrate on his education, Jeric Raval’s son Sean Raval was a proud cast member of Kapamilya series “Since I Found You,” which starred Piolo Pascual, JC de Vera, and Arci Muñoz.
Years later, the young Raval decided to return with his new movie "Spring in Prague" under Borracho Film Production and is now represented by lawyer-talent manager Ferdie Topacio.
During an interview with select showbiz journalists, including ABS-CBN News, to promote the rom-com project, Raval was asked about his views about his sister being the center of controversy in showbiz.
Describing how harsh social media can be, the 22-year newbie actor said, “Alam ko po ‘yung truth. Kapag binabasa ko po ‘yung mga comment, ang layo po sa katotohanan. Sinisiraan po nila ‘yung tao. Sa social media po, one-sided. Some people are judgmental. Nakaka-hurt.”
He added, “May personal issues na hindi niya shini-share sa amin pero super strong niya na kapatid. Relentless sa mga nagiging issue po sa kanya, mga sinasabi po ng tao. Pero — siyempre — nasasaktan po ako.”

Regarding his sister's public admission that she is a mother to five children, he confessed, “As a brother of AJ, mas naging proud po ako kasi wala na po siyang kailangang itago. Confident na po siyang lumabas without hiding ‘yung mga anak.”
He went on to praise the partner of Aljur Abrenica. “As a sister, she’s really fun to be with. Sa isang roof, walang showbiz-showbiz. We’re just having fun. Wala po kaming pinag-uusapang mga issue.”
Raval also shared that he had always known he would be an actor since he loved the craft and the camera.
“At the age of 6, nag-aartista na po ako. I’m really grateful. This is my passion. This is something I wanted. It’s in the blood. It’s in my heart,” expressed the supporting actor from "Spring in Prague" who would soon play the lead in his debut movie.

Following in the footsteps of his famed action star father, he shared with ABS-CBN News the advice he received: “Always be kind. Respect everyone. Do your best. Be yourself.”
He then referred to the patriarch who started it all as "caring" and "loving."
“Equal po ‘yung turing niya sa amin. Walang favorite. Sa TV, matikas, maangas, at mayabang siya at magaling na aktor. Pero sa bahay, isa siyang caring and loving father,” he ended.
"Spring in Prague," which stars Paolo Gumabao and Sara Sandeva and is directed by Lester Dimaranan and produced by Ferdie Topacio, will open in cinemas on February 4.
