Kapamilya actor JM de Guzman paid tribute to his girlfriend, Donnalyn Bartolome, for National Girlfriend’s Month.
JM penned a sweet and heartfelt message in an Instagram post to the delight of netizens and celebrity friends.
“Ngayong National Girlfriend’s Month, nais ko mag bigay pugay sa pinaka mapagmahal at pinaka cute na aking girlfriend na si @donna,” he wrote in the caption.
The 36-year-old expressed gratitude for his partner who wholeheartedly embraced him amidst the uncertainties.
“Pinili mo ko kahit ‘di ka sigurado sa akin, kahit i was at my lowest. You saw the best in me. You always give me strength. You always make me believe that I’m handsome and sexy and the greatest actor of all time,” he said.
JM reiterated how lucky and grateful he is for the God-given relationship that they have.
“Nagpapasalamat ako sa Diyos na nakilala kita, na nabigyan ako ng grasya nya na mahalin mo. Swerte ko… napaka-swerte ko. Mahal kita @donna,” he said.
Donnalyn’s close friend and fellow content creator Zeinab Harake expressed her happiness for the couple.
“My heart is so happy for the both of you,” Zeinab wrote in the comment section.
Meanwhile, actress Maxene Magalona shared that she’s a fan of JM and Donnalyn’s real-life tandem: “I ship this awesome couple.”
Netizens were also quick to react, flooding the comment section with well wishes for the couple.

Earlier this July, the content creator expressed her admiration for JM for being a “father figure” to his siblings.

In June 2024, Donnalyn confirmed that they were officially together only a month after they revealed their "exclusively dating" status.
