KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – Famed YouTuber Cong TV shared Saturday that he's using video games as a "stress reliever."
At the sidelines of Acer's Asia Pacific Predator League at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), the social media sensation whose real name is Lincoln Cortez Velasquez, told ABS-CBN News the games he currently plays to "detox."

"Siyempre, gamer ako. Very recent [nilalaro ko] Valorant, tapos nung bata-bata ako Counter Strike, PUBG, 'yon 'yung mga nilalaro ko sa PC," he said.
"Hanggang ngayon, 'pag may time, kahit PC diba, 'yun 'yung way to pag-detox, pag-alis ng stress sa katawan," he added.

But Cong TV also admitted that he — just like any other casual video game enjoyer — gets stressed in-game: "Pero minsan 'pag nagre-rage ka, nai-stress ka rin."
While some see games as an escape, medical professionals previously cautioned the public from playing for long hours, as it could have adverse effects at one's health.
