Already without Mason Amos and Kean Baclaan due to injuries, the Green Archers will also miss the services of Vhoris Marasigan as the UAAP handed him a one-game suspension for a disqualifying foul he committed in their last game against National University.
At the 4:52 mark of the second quarter, Marasigan fired a closed-fist hit on the abdomen of NU big man Omar John before an inbound play.
Upon review, Marasigan was ejected from the match due to the disqualifying foul.
La Salle went on to lose the game against NU, 75-67.

This is Marasigan’s second infraction, the first during the Archers’ match against the University of Santo Tomas last September 27, when he made a non-basketball play against Kyle Paranada.
The UAAP said La Salle may file a motion for reconsideration on the suspension.
