MANILA — Speaker Francisco Dy III said Thursday that the priorities of the House of Representatives include passing a law banning political dynasties.
The commitment follows the ruling of the Supreme Court which called the lack of an anti-political dynasty legislation a possible “grave abuse of discretion” by Congress.
