Alex Eala recently swapped her tennis racket for a seat among style elites as she made her debut in New York Fashion Week.
The Filipina tennis star turned heads in an all-white ensemble at the Calvin Klein show, serving as further proof that she has what it takes to be a fashion icon.
"What a beautiful show! Thank you for having me," she said in an Instagram post.
On Tuesday, September 15, Calvin Klein gave the public a closer look at Eala's NYFW fitting.
According to the brand, she wore pieces from the Calvin Klein Collection by Veronica Leoni.
Her white shirt and pleated trousers were matched with pointy shoes and gloves of the same color, with a thin black belt and a silver flask-shaped clutch completing her look.
"It feels like air but also very cozy," Eala said.
Last month, Eala got the attention of Anna Wintour, former editor-in-chief of Vogue magazine and co-chair of the Met Gala.
In an interview with the US Open, the fashion icon observed the Filipina's stylish looks on the court, and compared her to tennis greats Serena Williams and Naomi Osaka.
Fast forward to September, Eala got to share the front row with Wintour at the Michael Kors fashion show in NYFW.
