According to Neric, Mimi shared her concept of a Filipina character included in the Bridgerton story, that's why she chose to wear a terno gown for the event. “The bronze-chocolate color complements her very Filipino complexion. We wanted to showcase our love of craft by making all the flowers in her gown by hand including the mismatched earrings which was a collaboration between me and artist Sandino Martin,” says Neric.
