Miss World Asia 2025 Krishnah Gravidez. Christopher Sitson, ABS-CBN NewsKrishnah Marie Gravidez is back in the Philippines after her successful stint at the 72nd Miss World pageant in Hyderabad, Telangana, India last May 31, 2025.
Gravidez arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1, Thursday evening, along with Arnold Vegafria, the national director of Miss World Philippines.
Gravidez was bursting with gratitude and thanked all of her Filipino fans. The beauty queen was welcomed with loud cheers from the crowd.
“This victory is meant to be shared not only for the team but for the entire Philippines. That is why I am very happy to be back home,” she said.
“Wala akong ibang masasabi kung hindi maraming, maraming salamat. This title is a fruition of your encouragement, of the love that we’ve shared, our bayanihan spirit, and I am really proud to call myself as a Filipino because I have the entire Philippines rallying behind me,” she added.
Vegafria also expressed his utmost gratitude to all who supported the journey of Krishnah together with the Miss World Philippines organization.
“I would like to thank all Filipino people who supported Miss World Philippines, and we’re here now, we’re back. We won Miss World Asia. Thank you to all the people behind us especially the glam team, pageant media, and the whole Philippines,” he said.
Jel Perez, mother of Krishnah, also welcomed her daughter with much pride and joy.
“Siyempre karangalan ng Pilipinas, karangalan nating lahat. Sobrang bait, down-to-earth, at wala ka talagang makitang kaarte-arte sa katawan niya. Super duper proud, as in super proud na mama,” Perez said.
Details of Krishnah’s homecoming parade on Saturday, June 7, 2025, will be shared soon by Miss World Philippines Organization. Gravidez will also attend media tours and lead community projects in the coming days.
Gravidez won the title Miss World Asia while Opal Suchata Chuangsri of Thailand was crowned grand winner of Miss World 2025.
