Marina Summers continues to beautifully represent the Filipino drag and queer community, this time at the Cannes Film Festival in France.
Wearing a sparkly black dress by Mark Bumgarner, she made history as the first Filipina drag queen to walk the festival's red carpet.
"Such a big moment to be repping for the Filipino drag and queer community in the sea of people on the red carpet," she said in an Instagram post.
"Oh yes, she Cannes," the "Filipina winnah" declared in another post.
Marina finished in the Top 4 of the second season of "RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs the World" last year.
Also in 2024, she became the first Filipina drag queen to grace the Miss Universe Philippines stage.
She performed "Amafilipina," her version of Maymay Entrata's "Amakabogera."
