As the LoveList team enthusiastically prepares for the very first couple to get married through their project “Happily Ever After,” Toni (Kat Galang) sarcastically comments on their project’s title, pointing out that what she has is the exact opposite, “Happily Never After.” Billy (Kathryn Bernardo) then reacts smilingly, saying that fairy tales come with plot twists.
When Toni compliments the hand-painted souvenirs that were created by a talented artist, Billy and Jordan (James Reid) smile knowingly, looking toward Yani (Matt Evans), who was in fact the man behind the paintings.
Toni quickly approaches him, wanting to know the reason for his presence. Everyone in the room watches fondly as Yani responds while holding her hand, explaining his realization that to truly love someone, you must also love the things they hold dear. Rather than being jealous, Yani should have accompanied and supported Toni all along.
Yani kisses Toni’s hand and apologizes once more, leading to the pair finally hugging. Seconds after, the LoveList team huddles and cheers in celebration of love.
