Known as one of the popular love languages, physical touch is all about showing affection through gestures, whether it’s a playful tap or a gentle hug. So, as the name of the challenge suggests, Francine and Seth need to demonstrate the kind of touch they'd offer each other in a given situation.
You’ll know two people are really close when they can read each other through the smallest signals. When asked their kind of physical touch when there's good news to share, FranSeth just exchange looks and already know there’s something juicy to spill, especially if the “good news” is actually, well, gossip.
Between the two, Francine seems to have mastered the art of keeping surprises, while Seth admits he’s not that subtle. He once planned a fancy dinner date for Francine, but ended up spoiling it himself after asking her to help him look up the location and pick the menu in advance. Still, Francine was surprised because the place turned out to be stunning.
Seth explained that there was no way to keep that surprise a secret since he had to prep Francine. He had to tell her to dress formally plus the restaurant needed the menu picked ahead of time, which is why he just let her do it herself.
To make the game even more candid, the two demonstrated how they’d say sorry to each other the "physical touch" way. According to Seth, Francine’s style is to approach him softly and ask if he’s okay. On the flip side, he knows when Francine’s upset because she becomes quiet, which he doesn't really like seeing as he worries people might misinterpret her silence as being aloof when it’s actually just her way of dealing with her feelings. Low-key defending Francine, he asked fans to remember that artists are people too, who have bad days just like everyone else.
