Nadine Lustre teased Wednesday the music video for "Donuts," her new single that features Filipino-American hip-hop superstar Apl.de.ap of the Black Eyed Peas.
The clip, posted on Lustre's Instagram account, offers a glimpse into a visual world where the singer is portrayed as a warrior princess.
With creative direction by Lustre herself, the music video blends elements of the precolonial Philippines with a post-apocalyptic aesthetic, creating a world where tradition and futurism collide.
The video is set to premiere on Friday, September 18, at 8 p.m. on Lustre's YouTube channel.
Released last September 4, "Donuts" is Lustre's second musical offering this year, following the release of her single "Personal."
