On this day seven years ago, The Killer Bride premiered on ABS-CBN, introducing viewers to the mysterious town of Las Espadas and the story of Camila Dela Torre.
Starring Maja Salvador, Janella Salvador, Joshua Garcia, and Geoff Eigenmann, the gothic drama followed Camila, a woman accused of murder who returns from the dead to seek justice and revenge. Throughout its run, the series became known for its gripping twists, complex characters, and themes of love, betrayal, guilt, and vengeance.
Seven years after it aired, here’s a look at where some of the cast members are now:
Maja Salvador
Maja Salvador took on the role of Camila Dela Torre, following the success of her acclaimed performance in Wildflower. Her portrayal of the vengeful Camila further showcased her range as an actress as she unraveled the secrets surrounding her death.
Maja has since continued her career in television and film. She recently returned to ABS-CBN primetime in Someone, Someday, alongside Kathryn Bernardo and James Reid. Outside acting, she is a hands-on mother to her daughter with husband Rambo Nuñez and heads her own talent management company, Crown Artist Management.
Janella Salvador
Janella Salvador played Emma Bonaobra, whose arrival in Las Espadas set off a chain of events that helped uncover the truth behind Camila's story. The series also marked her first project with Joshua Garcia and her aunt, Maja Salvador.
Janella has since taken on various television and film projects, including the sapphic film Open Endings and What Lies Beneath. She is also a mother to her son, Jude.
Joshua Garcia
Joshua Garcia portrayed Elias Sanchez, the owner of Amalia's flower shop and Emma's love interest. Initially skeptical of the idea of the Killer Bride and the town's curse, Elias eventually helped Emma uncover the truth behind Las Espadas' dark past.
Joshua remains one of ABS-CBN's leading actors. He starred in the local adaptation of It's Okay to Not Be Okay with Anne Curtis and Carlo Aquino and recently appeared opposite Ivana Alawi in Love Is Never Gone, filmed in Morocco.
Geoff Eigenmann
Geoff Eigenmann played Vito Dela Cuesta, Camila's former lover whose testimony helped send her to prison. Haunted by guilt, Vito later sought to uncover the truth about Camila's fate.
Geoff has remained active in television, recently appearing in Blood vs. Duty, What Lies Beneath, and It's Okay to Not Be Okay. Away from work, he shares glimpses of life with his wife, Maya, and their three children, Arabella, Augustus, and Penelope.
Alexa Ilacad
Alexa Ilacad portrayed Luna Dela Cuesta, who developed feelings for Elias and saw Emma as a rival. The role allowed Alexa to show a more dramatic side of her acting.
Since then, Alexa has continued to work in television and entertainment. She recently appeared in the iWant original series Miss Behave and Someone, Someday. She is also set to reprise her role in the second season of The Chambermaid’s Daughter and has taken on hosting duties for Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition.
Lara Quigaman
Lara Quigaman played Alice Dela Torre, a key figure behind the secrets and conflicts surrounding the Dela Torre family.
Now based in Canada with her husband, Marco Alcaraz, and their family, Lara continues to make occasional appearances in the Philippine entertainment and pageant scene. In 2026, she served as one of the judges for the Binibining Pilipinas coronation night where she drew attention with her stylish appearance which celebrated her natural white hair.
Miko Raval
Miko Raval played Fabio Serrano, who became Emma’s ally as they worked to uncover the truth about Camila. His character also served as a father figure to Emma throughout the story. Miko has continued working as an actor following The Killer Bride. Outside showbiz, he also shares glimpses of his life as a father to his two children with wife Kaira and his clothing manufacturing business.
Cris Villanueva
Cris Villanueva portrayed Jacobo and Guada's eldest son, Luciano Dela Torre, who sought to take control of the family's business and played a key role in the Dela Torre family conflict. The actor has remained active in television, appearing in series such as Can't Buy Me Love, Pamilya Sagrado, Incognito, Roja, and Miss Behave.
James Blanco
James Blanco played Juan Felipe Dela Torre, the mayor of Las Espadas and Alice's husband. His character became involved in the series of killings surrounding the mystery of the Killer Bride. James has continued to take on television projects following the series. He also occasionally shares glimpses of his fitness routines and personal life on social media.
Ariella Arida
Ariella Arida portrayed Tati Dela Torre, the youngest and only daughter of Jacobo and Guada. Her character carried a painful secret that became one of the family's darkest mysteries. The former Miss Universe Philippines 2013 titleholder has continued to work in entertainment and pageantry. She later became part of the Miss Universe Philippines Organization, serving as its national director.
Sam Concepcion
Sam Concepcion played Luis Dela Torre, a member of the Dela Torre family who became the town’s Mayor after his father's arrest. He becomes Emma's only friend in the Dela Torre family.
Beyond acting, he has continued to pursue music and live performances, maintaining his career as a singer, dancer, and performer. He has also ventured into theater, including One More Chance: The Musical, and is set to appear as Romer in Bongga Ka 'Day: The Annie Batungbakal Musical.
Malou De Guzman
Veteran actress Malou de Guzman played Manay Ichu, Camila's longtime nanny who treated her like her own daughter. In the series, she also ran a funeral parlor where Emma worked as a mortuary cosmetologist.
Malou has remained active in television and film, with recent projects including Incognito and What Lies Beneath. She also appeared in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry And the Breadwinner Is... alongside Vice Ganda and Eugene Domingo. She is also busy with holding acting workshops and being a mentor to both newbie and seasoned actors.
Pepe Herrera
Pepe Herrera portrayed Iking Isip, Manay Ichu's nephew and an embalmer at her funeral parlor. Though initially skeptical of the supernatural, Iking eventually became one of Camila's allies after developing the ability to see her ghost.
Pepe has continued working across television, film, theater, and comedy. He recently appeared in Home Along Da Riles: Da Reunion, marking his return to film after taking a break from the industry due to mental health.
