Travis Kelce looked back on his wedding to Taylor Swift, reflecting on their July 3 (US time) ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Speaking in the latest episode of his New Heights podcast, the NFL star shared how much the celebration meant to him and Taylor.
“It’s been so much fun, it was insane. Me and Taylor are so thankful for everybody that showed up," he remarked.
"From the vows to seeing everyone to how much fun we had throughout the entire evening, and hearing that being relayed through everyone’s stories of that night… It was just so magical, man. I wish it could have lasted longer than it did," he added.
He also expressed his admiration and gratitude for actor and comedian Adam Sandler, who officiated the couple’s wedding ceremony.
"He has been just the f***ing best person on this planet. For him to be up for getting ordained in the state of New York and marrying me and Taylor, and the way he did it, in the very Sandman style, and giving us more than what we could’ve imagined at that moment, knowing that it was the biggest night of our lives, it was absolutely insane man," he stated.
The Kansas City Chiefs star also explained why he and Taylor chose Madison Square Garden as the venue for their special day, saying they wanted a setting that would still feel private and genuine despite the scale of the celebration.
"Thank you to everyone at MSG… We wanted it to do it somewhere where we could have a very intimate and genuine setting without a lot of distractions and we needed to have a private feel," he stated.

Travis added that MSG "went above and beyond" to make their vision possible.
"I can’t thank everybody enough, that showed up but helped put that show on," he said.
Ahead of their wedding last July, Travis and Taylor also donated a combined $26 million to at least 20 charities and nonprofit organizations across the United States, supporting causes such as hunger relief, education, children’s healthcare, and animal welfare.
