PBA courtside reporter and social media personality Apple David has broken her silence once more and hinted at taking possible legal action against netizens who have made comments online. On her Facebook account, she shared a quick update with her followers and expressed how it’s “too late to delete comments.”
Apple has been a trending subject on social media after she confirmed her relationship with Letran Knight basketball star Chad Gammad. The two have a 15-year age gap, which the netizens have been criticizing her for.

“Papunta na tayo sa exciting part 👩🏻⚖️⚖️I already said it before that everyone on social media, personal or dump accounts are covered by the law and can be traced,” she expressed.
“Too late to delete comments now. I'll see some of you guys soon 👀 keep safe everyone!” she added.
It’s unclear what the next move of the PBA courtside reporter will be, but netizens continued to comment on her post. Others have continued to question her about her relationship with Chad, while others have shown their support for her.
“The irony to invoke the law when the more pressing question is why a 33-year-old is romantically involved with an 18-year-old in the first place. Medyo rich naman to threaten everyone with court while your own relationship is the elephant in the courtroom,” a netizen wrote.
“I think she was just rage-baiting y’all for engagement.🤑🤑🤑She probably knew people would get mad and comment, which would give her post more attention,” another netizen added.
The post has hundreds of thousands of likes and thousands of comments as of this writing. Apple then edited the same post and removed her previous caption, but eagle-eyed netizens were quick to see the edit history of her Facebook post.

“Thank you for the engagement guys! Heard your comments. all of them are appreciated and noted 🫶🏻keep safe everyone! all love,” Apple shared in an edited version of the same post.
Earlier this month, Chad defended Apple in his post as netizens continued to question the PBA courtside reporter. The basketball player seemingly had enough as he couldn’t believe the hate comments his 33-year-old girlfriend has been receiving.
“Mag-isip-isip naman kayo bago kayo mag-comment o baka may sira talaga sa utak niyo. Wala naman ginawang masama si Apple sa inyo ba't ganun kayo kabilis mag-bash tas sabihin nyo na naman na si Apple nag-comment neto,” he previously wrote.
