South Korean singer and 2NE1 member Park Bom has once again expressed her affection for globally renowned actor Lee Min-ho, sparking renewed attention and concern among fans.
On April 24, Bom took to Instagram to share a selfie accompanied by a caption titled, "A letter to Lee Min-ho."
In the message, translated by South Korean media outlet Maeil Business, the singer openly conveyed how much she misses the actor, explaining that she wrote the letter because she wanted to “act close” to him.
"Hi? I'm Bom. Are you doing well? I'm writing this letter in this way. I want to act close to you. I miss you so much. Life isn't too hard, is it? I'm living while drawing strength from seeing Min-ho. Minho Mido, fighting," Bom wrote.
However, Bom then edited the caption and removed the letter entirely, replacing it with hashtags bearing her name. The post remains online, but only the photo is now visible. Before its deletion, fans have took screenshots and shared it online.
This is not the first time Bom has publicly reached out to Min-ho. In September 2024, she previously stirred controversy after posting photos of the actor and referring to him as “my husband.” At the time, her management clarified that the posts stemmed from her being a fan.
By February 2025, Bom once again uploaded photos of Min-ho, reiterating, “He really is my husband."
The posts were later deleted, but she stood by her statement, saying, “I posted it because it’s true. Thank you for your interest, and I’ll continue to do my best with 2NE1.”
Min-ho’s camp, however, addressed the issue directly, stating that the two “have no personal connection,” and that the “rumors are groundless.” Despite this, Bom has continued to mention the actor in her posts.
Amid these incidents, Bom had also stepped back from her activities with 2NE1 last year due to health concerns. "After receiving medical advice that she needed enough rest and stability, we reached this decision after extensive discussion,” her agency previously explained.

Even during her hiatus, Bom continued to make unexpected posts online, raising concern among fans. Earlier in March, she shared a now-deleted handwritten letter on Instagram claiming she had been framed to conceal alleged drug use involving fellow 2NE1 member Sandara Park.
Sandara has since denied the allegations and simply expressed well wishes for Bom.
On April 17, Bom posted another handwritten letter discussing her personal journey, her years in the industry, and her bond with her groupmates, while also addressing the controversy, hoping that it will be "treated as if it never happened."
“Actually, I am writing because I want that drug-related story to be treated as if it never happened… It would be such a waste because it was a miracle that the four of us met given the big age differences and how absurd it is… I am writing this letter.. You raised us tenderly and I am very grateful,” as translated by Maeil Business.
Following her series of posts, fans have taken to social media to express concern for the K-pop star, with many asking about her well-being and suggesting that she seek support from medical professionals.
As of this writing, Lee Min-ho and the other 2NE1 members have yet to comment on Bom’s recent posts.
